At KenCCID, our work has always been about more than providing support — it is about building relationships, creating opportunities, and empowering individuals to live meaningful lives filled with dignity, choices, and possibility.

At KenCCID, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, make choices about their own life, participate in their community, and receive the support they need to pursue their goals. That is why a recent letter from Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro to Pennsylvanians with disabilities, families, advocates, and allies is important to our community.

Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen in everyday conversations. KenCCID Community Engagement Coordinator Miles Cutler recently spent some time visiting Brenda and Roseanne at their home at Sheffield. The visit was filled with conversation, laughter and exciting updates about what’s happening in their lives.

Greg Mounds has served on the Kenccid Board of Directors since 2025. He is the Co-Founder of AGA Media Productions and a strategic Human Resources and Operational leader with more than a decade of experience strengthening organizational capability, developing leaders, improving ways of working, and leading high-impact employee, culture, and service-delivery initiatives across large, complex environments. Nicole Johnson, MBA, has served on the Kenccid Board of Directors since 2026. She is a healthcare operations executive, strategic consultant, and doctoral researcher with more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, public health, human capital management, organizational strategy, and social impact.

Dr. Rolanda Coverson serves on the Kenccid Board of Directors as Recording Secretary, a role she has held since joining the Board in December 2025. She brings expertise in community health, health advocacy, family nurse practice, and healthcare leadership.

Lisa A. Hanssen, Esq. has been a dedicated member of the KenCCID Board since 2013 and has served as Board Chair since 2015. An accomplished attorney and longtime advocate for KenCCID’s mission, Lisa brings decades of legal and leadership experience to her role. Her commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and empowering individuals with disabilities continues to help guide KenCCID forward and strengthen its impact in the community.
