A Message from the Chief Executive Officer

Since its founding, KenCCID has been guided by a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves to live with dignity, have meaningful choices, and have the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life.

Our Founding Members envisioned an organization that would support Individuals with disabilities not simply by providing services, but by creating opportunities for greater independence, personal growth, and participation in the community. That vision continues to shape who we are today.

At KenCCID, we remain committed to providing quality person-centered support that promotes independence and enhances everyday life. Our services include housing, employment and job support, health and wellness, and other programs designed to respond to the individual needs, goals, and aspirations of the people we serve.

Today, our work extends beyond providing essential supports. We continue to explore new opportunities that enable Individuals to build meaningful relationships, pursue their interests, contribute to their communities, and experience a true sense of belonging. We believe that Individuals with disabilities should have the same opportunities to make choices, develop their strengths, and define what a meaningful life looks like for them.

As KenCCID looks to the future, we remain grounded in the values established by our founders while embracing new ideas, partnerships, and opportunities for growth. Our commitment is unwavering: to honor the dignity of every Individual, respect their choices, strengthen their independence, and support their ability to live the life they envision for themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about KenCCID and for joining us in advancing a community where every Individual is valued, respected, included, and empowered to thrive.
