Throughout DSP Recognition Week 2026, we celebrated the incredible people who bring compassion, patience, dedication, and heart to the individuals we support each and every day. On May 15, 2026, members of the KenCCID team proudly attended the 40th Annual Breakfast hosted by The Alliance of Community Service Providers at The Logan Hotel in Philadelphia.

The 31st Annual Brighter Future Awards hosted by the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS) was held in June 2023. The beautifully curated event was the result of the tireless work of Wendy Williams, a pillar in the disability rights advocate community.

Many heartfelt thanks to everyone that helped make our 38th Annual Appreciation Day a huge success! As always, we had a great time and it was lovely to gather with individuals, family members, employees, the board of directors, and our community to celebrate the season.

Our 38th Annual Appreciation Day will be held Saturday, December 7th from 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm. In addition to celebrating everyone that makes KenCCID’s Mission work possible, this event helps us raise money to support people with intellectual disabilities. Come and celebrate with us!
