Board Member Spotlight: Vice President Gregory Mounds

Greg Mounds has served on the Kenccid Board of Directors since 2025. He is the Co-Founder of AGA Media Productions and a strategic Human Resources and Operational leader with more than a decade of experience strengthening organizational capability, developing leaders, improving ways of working, and leading high-impact employee, culture, and service-delivery initiatives across large, complex environments. He brings expertise in organizational development, employee and customer experience, leadership development, and governance.

He brings deep expertise in people strategy, change leadership, and governance, and is known for building inclusive, high‑performing environments that strengthen employee experience, customer experience, and overall organizational capability.

Greg joined the Board of KenCCID because he is deeply committed to advancing equitable opportunities, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, and strengthening community‑centered service models.

In addition to his professional work, Greg is actively involved in mentorship, community service, and leadership within Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., where he supports programs focused on youth development, education, and civic engagement.
